Southern Pacific Stock Car
This kit is modeled after Southern Pacific's S-40-5 stock car built by The Ralston Steel Car Company in Columbus, Ohio from 1916 to 1917. Some of these cars survived until 1960. The kit contains custom brass end sills, coupler pockets, cut bars, stirrups, brake wheel and running board end support castings as well as Tichy grab irons. Easy to follow, step-by-step instructions are on CD. Included Microscale decals are white with a clear background and have SP and NWP road names and numbers. Trucks and couplers not included.
